Today we were back for the first time in basically 6 months so was looking forward to the first unit...then the usual Vis Comm bomb was dropped lol...the first unit is split in 3 sections:
1. Thank You
2. Business Identity
3. Graphic Systems
All 3 sections are about the size of an entire unit from last year...and we have 8 weeks to do all 3...awesome! Oh well, at least the units look quite cool.
The brief for the first unit we are starting is Thank You. Apparently we have to think of someone we want to say thank you to, but with a twist. I want to think of someone interesting instead of the generic family member or favourite designer...so I need to think of things that I love and find the person who created them? Starting idea anyway...
Apart from that it was cool seeing all the old faces again :D everyone settled back in straight away as if we didnt leave which was cool, there was a fun vibe where people were hyped about being back which was awesome...
Now to get down to some serious work!
