Promo Print and Presentation Skills

After the briefing last week Kit started showing us how to use Quark today, it was really similar to InDesign, but a more basic version, and she showed us about setting up documents and sorting out bleeds and margins, which was interesting.

Joe also showed us about presentation skills and showed us some of the sketchbooks and work of people from last year, and helped us with what our sketchbooks should really look like, which I found really helpful actually.

I carried on with my editorial illusration and tried out some different techniques that were really colourful and different, and I started painting my ice cream, and also to incorporate the mark marking session, I created my lamp using black paper and a stencil. Hopefully people will get how Im making older items look more youthful using the colours and techniques that im drawing them with.
